Miniature CCD/CMOS lenses are designed to provide optimal image performance for a variety of applications using CCD/CMOS imaging sensors.  Typical consumer product applications include: digital cameras,  PC cameras,  cell phone and PDA cameras,  security cameras, etc.  Typical industrial applications include: inspection, bio-metric security, scanning, bar-code reading, etc. 

Our CCD/CMOS lenses are mostly multi-element designs that are computer optimized to provide the optimal trade-offs between various performance parameters and cost.  We use plastic, glass and glass/plastic hybrid elements depending on the performance and environmental requirement. Glass lenses, in general, provides higher image quality and are more stable environmentally than plastic or hybrid lenses.
